In collaboration with Evidia, the Magnetlab provides magnetic camera examinations to private individuals and companies. Furthermore, you must have a Swedish social security number (or a spare number if you do not have a social security number), mobile phone as well as one email account (so that we can handle referrals). In connection with ordering your examination, you enter into an agreement with Magnetlabbet and not its partner.

We reserve the right to price changes and are not responsible for errors that may be attributable to clinics used for the examinations. We also reserve the right for any errors in the article information.

Magnetlabbet AB follows the regulations of the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) and other laws that regulate consumer purchases in a consumer relationship.

Ordering

All examinations are ordered and paid for via Magnetlabbet's website. You will receive a summons sent home to your civil registry address within 7-10 working days. Under normal circumstances, you will receive an examination appointment within 2 weeks. If the examination time does not suit you, you always have the option to reschedule the examination by contacting the clinic. Information about this can be found in the notice.

Survey results

Your results will be sent to your civil registration address by post within 7-10 working days after the examination has been completed. We reserve the right for delays and technical problems.

Rebooking, cancellation and no-show

All examinations can be rebooked no later than 24 hours before the scheduled examination time. The full price for the examination is always charged when canceling and rebooking less than 24 hours before the booked examination. Failure to attend your scheduled examination time will result in both the purchase and the examination being forfeited. In the event of cancellation after health information has been collected by the magnetic lab's employee via telephone, a fee of SEK 2,500 is charged.

Klarna's payment options

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:

• Pay within 30 days: Payment period is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods. You can find the conditions for paying within 30 days here.
• Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay in installments for their purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total used credit amount or in accordance with the conditions approved at the checkout. • Pay Directly: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account is debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been completed or the item has been shipped. The terms and conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
• Bank transfer: Your account is debited immediately after the order is placed.

In order to be able to offer a set of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order details with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend you read our privacy policy.

Order confirmation

An automatic order confirmation is sent to your e-mail when you have completed your order. There you will find information about which examination you ordered/purchased, price and date. If something is wrong with the order, contact us as soon as possible.

Validity of referral

The referral created after your order is valid for 30 days after your order and can be rebooked (no later than 24 hours before the scheduled examination time) once free of charge. If you do not carry out your examination during the validity period of the referral, it ceases to apply and the purchase becomes due. A referral that has not been used during the validity period does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Complaint

If the examination has been damaged or has otherwise become unusable, you will receive a new examination as compensation.

Limitation of liability

The customer is aware that the implementation of health checks and the evaluation of the results thereof takes place according to the prevailing scientifically based state of knowledge, which may change over time. As a customer, you are therefore not guaranteed a certain result. The magnet lab will not detect all diseases and therefore cannot take responsibility for the customer not having any other diseases than those that may be discovered during the examination. There is always a risk that examination results are misleading for various reasons or that the examinations carried out do not give a fair picture of the situation and the customer's state of health. The responsibility for investigations and in particular a correct analysis of the investigation results lies with our subcontractors and not with Magnetlabbet. During the health examination, there is, as always, a risk of so-called false positive findings. This means that during examination risks can be demonstrated which, upon closer examination, turn out to be harmless. Magnetlab cannot guarantee that you will not suffer from any disease after carrying out an examination according to these conditions. Magnetlabbet is not responsible for errors that can be attributed to any subcontractor of surveys, nor for technical errors attributable to the e-shop supplier. Magnetlabbet's liability for damage extends to what appears from mandatory legislation. In addition to what follows from such legislation, Magnetlabbet is only liable in the event of negligence.
